Vessel Overpressure Protection

To protect against vessel overpressure, Oseco  manufacturers various accessories such as Extruders burst plugs, pressure relief devices, welded disc assemblies  and soldered disc assemblies. 

Extruder burst plugs are designed to protect plastic extrusion machines from over pressurisation by placing the rupture disc flush with the extruders pressure vessel wall to ensure there are no cavities where product can stagnate and solidify. 

The Pressure Relief Device is designed for clean agent fire suppression systems and is used for both tank and bottle protection. 

Taking the place of traditional union holders in separator and dehydrator applications, the welded disc assemblies one piece design is easy to install with no chance to damage the rupture disc upon installation, decreasing the change of premature failures. 

Whereas, Soldered Disc Assemblies protect machines and equipment from over pressurisation. The soldered design eliminates the traditional leak points and assures positive performance of the disc.
