Sanitary Rupture Discs
Oseco manufacturers are series of rupture discs for sanitary pressure management applications including; a high performance reverse buckling variant (PRO-S) and bi-directional discs for applications that require both positive and vacuum pressure protection (VAPRO-S & POSIPRO-S).
The PRO-S is best suited to SIP/CIP applications and is made to meet the highest bio-processing standards. It is non-fragmenting, temperature tested, and vacuum-ready
Both the VAPRO-S and the POSIPRO-S are optimally designed for sanitary applications that require extremely low pressure relief while providing vacuum protection up to 100 psig.

Rupture Discs
Oseco also offer a full range of rupture discs that are perfectly suited for use in sterilisers and autoclavs.
The sterilisation rupture disc has a flat or 30° angular
seating area and is used primarily to vent to controlled areas or vent to the atmosphere.
This disc should be deployed in applications where normal system pressures do not exceed 70% of the stamped burst pressure to
ensure a longer potential service life.
Comes in a wide variety of sizes, pressures and materials.
- Sizes 3/16” through 1”
- 145 through 50,000 PSIG
- Temperatures up to 900F
